Our Policies

Cancellation Policy:

All reservations require a one night's deposit by credit card. This deposit is non-refundable within 10 days of check-in for any changes or cancellation. Cancelling reservations before this 10-day window results in a full refund of your deposit less a $10 processing fee.

Note: Group reservations of 3 or more rooms are subject to stricter cancellation policies. Please call us when making group reservations for more information.

Check-in Policy:

Check-in is available anytime after 4pm. Please contact us if you will be arriving after 8pm.

Check-out Policy:

Check-out time is before 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Smoking Policy:
Absolutely no smoking of any substances is allowed in guest rooms. Evidence of smoking found in guest rooms will result in a $250 smoking fee, plus the cost of any damages incurred.

Pet Policy:

No pets of any kind are permitted on Forest Motel property, with the exception of leashed and licensed service animals(papers must be provided upon check-in). Emotional support animals are not allowed. Evidence of pets in guest rooms will result in an initial charge of $75, plus the cost of any damages incurred or additional cleaning. 

Damages:

Guests must report any existing damages to guest-rooms immediately after check-in. If any damages are incurred to Forest Motel property by guests, they will be charged for the repair or replacement of said property.

Loss of items:

Management, Employees and Ownership will not be responsible for accidents, slips, falls, or any other injury to guests staying at the Forest Motel, including boating and swimming hazards; nor are they responsible for loss of jewellery, money or valuables of any kind.
